SDVOSB secures cleared key personnel before submitting an Army proposal
A service-disabled veteran-owned firm needed named key personnel with Secret clearances and PMP certification to submit a competitive Army proposal.
The challenge
The solicitation scored key personnel heavily and required résumés, commitment letters and proof of clearance eligibility at submission, with less than three weeks to the deadline.
What we did
- Mapped every key personnel requirement in the PWS and Section M into a candidate scorecard
- Sourced and interviewed cleared candidates, then secured contingent offers and signed letters of intent
- Worked with the proposal team to write résumés that mapped directly to the evaluation criteria
