What we collect
When you submit a form we collect the details you enter, such as your name, email, phone, company and message. When you apply for a job we also collect your résumé, location, clearance level you choose to share and any note you add.
How we use it
We use form submissions to reply to you and to provide the services you ask about. We use job applications only to evaluate you for the role you applied for and similar roles.
How long we keep it
Résumé files are deleted automatically after the retention period shown on the application form. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time.
Analytics and campaign tags
When you arrive through a link with campaign tags (UTM parameters) or from another website, we record the page and the source of the visit without your IP address. If analytics tools are enabled they may set cookies; you can block cookies in your browser.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Application details are shared only with the hiring team and, for client roles, with the employer you applied to work for.
