CI & Full-Scope Polygraph Recruiting
TS/SCI candidates with counterintelligence or full-scope polygraphs, matched to the agency and polygraph type your program requires, which is where most searches go wrong.
Polygraph at a glance
- CI polygraph: National security questions only
- Full-scope polygraph: National security plus lifestyle questions
- Agency matters: Each agency decides which other agencies' polygraphs it accepts
- Recency matters: Agencies set their own window for how recent an exam must be
CI vs. Full-Scope Polygraph
A counterintelligence (CI) polygraph covers questions about espionage, sabotage, terrorism and unauthorized disclosure. A full-scope polygraph, sometimes called a lifestyle polygraph, adds questions about personal conduct such as drug use and criminal activity. Programs specify which one they need, and the agency that ran the exam matters as much as the type.

The Details That Disqualify Candidates
A résumé that says "TS/SCI with poly" leaves out the three facts that decide whether the person can start: which type of polygraph, which agency administered it, and when. A full-scope exam from one agency may not satisfy another agency's program, and an older exam may need to be redone.
We collect all three for every candidate and match them to your program's requirement before anyone schedules an interview.
A Small, Well-Networked Talent Pool
Polygraph-cleared professionals are a small group that talks to each other. A careless recruiter can burn a market fast. We approach candidates with specific, accurate information about the role and keep your program details within the limits of what can be shared.
